With Kaby Lake, Intel finally brings Hyper-Threading to its Pentium-branded processors
Intel just announced a new set of Pentium-class processors with support for Hyper-Threading. These are the first Pentium-branded processors to support that technology since Intel retired the Pentium 4 brand, and we suspect AMD’s upcoming Ryzen probably had something to do with the announcement.
